Transportation to Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport -a 47 passenger bus has been reserved to pick up passengers in Grand Forks, Fargo & Fergus Falls.

  • Pick up times will be determined closer to departure date. Keep in mind, they may be early morning on July 29th, in order to make it to Minneapolis in time to meet the flight. 

Full payment - Total cost of the cruise is $1983.55 per person, not including beverage card.  Please remit $1283.55 ($1983.55 - $700) no later than May 5, 2008. Please contact Laura to verify your balance.

Shore Excursions - Please contact Cheryl as soon as possible to finalize the list.

If you have a valid passport, please submit this information to Travel Travel as soon as possible.

"Sail & Sign"- Each passenger is required a minimum $100.00 cash deposit or a credit card, (AX, VISA, DISCOVER, OR MASTERCARD) in THEIR OWN NAME, to be presented at check-in.  This is a deposit against any incidental charges. The credit card companies prohibit use of an account other than that of the traveling guest. The guest is responsible to keep a positive cash balance at all times during the cruise.  If there is an overage on the account, the guest is issued a check on board the morning of debarkation day with a copy of the final statement.

Passport information - All passengers must have a valid passport.  Passport applications take many weeks for processing, apply now if haven't already done so. In Fargo, passport applications are processed by the U. S. Postmaster, both downtown and Prairiewood locations. Both parents must be present when a minor child is applying for a passport.  The U. S. Post Office and  do not accept credit cards for payment.  Bring cash or two separate checks; as one check will be for the U. S. Post Office for processing, and the other to the Department of State.

Passport Information (Advance Passenger Information) - Passport name, date of birth, date of passport issuance, expiration of passport. Carnival Cruises will need this information for every passenger before departure.

Minors traveling without their parents - Adults who are not the parents or legal guardian of a minor traveling with them must present an original notarized letter signed by the child's parent(s), authorizing the adult to take the child on the specific cruise, supervise the child and allow emergency medical treatment to be administered.  Download a sample Minor Consent Affadavit.

Carry On Luggage TSA Rules - Rules regarding liquids and gels for carry on luggage - There are very specific rules regarding what can and cannot be included in carry-on luggage. Please pay careful attention to these specific instructions.

Checked Luggage Weight and Measurement- Luggage is measured by adding length, width and height to determine the total number of linear inches/centimeters.
  • Luggage may weigh up to a maximum of 50 pounds and a total linear dimension of 62 inches per piece at no charge.
  • Additional charges may apply for luggage weighing more than 50 pounds or with a total linear dimension of more than 62 inches per piece.
