Excellence Riviera

 The Excellence Riviera Maya was our home
my stay in the Riviera Maya. This property is an adult’s only resort just a short distance from the Cancun airport and is known for
its world-class spa, accommodations, and romance. At the Excellence there
are eight different restaurants (No reservations required) and 10 different specialty
bars. This property is excellent if you are looking to get away from everything, and
relax. It is not well suited for those who like to venture out and explore the
area, because there aren’t any such places
nearby. The resort has something different going on each night and once a week they do bring in
vendors for their guests to do a little souvenir shopping. The Excellence Riviera Maya would be better
suited for honeymoons and celebrating
anniversaries.

El Dorado
Royale

The El Dorado Royale was my favorite resort of
all; the staff went above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate our group. We were able to experience a wedding reception during our visit, by having dinner on the beach. It is the smallest resort in the Rivera Maya and would be the best resort for a
destination weddings or romantic honeymoons. This property also has three
separate locations for weddings and three different wedding packages. |

El Dorado
Seaside

The El Dorado Seaside was another of my favorites; it is also is an adults only resort, which specializes in special events such as wedding, honeymoons, and anniversaries. You will not find any loud entertainment at the resort due to the
resort's main focus is romance. They do offer a variety of wedding options, including four locations for weddings, and the same wedding packages that are offered at the El Dorado Royal are offered at the Seaside too.

Azul Beach

 The
Azul Beach is a great resort for couples or young
families. If you are a young family with small children
and are looking to take your kids along with you; this
would be the perfect resort for you. The resort can
provide such items as a changing table, crib and stroller
in your room at your request. This resort also has three
different locations for weddings, although they will only
do one wedding per day. This is great because your
wedding day is special and you wouldn’t have to share
this day with anyone one else.
