Traveling is in my blood, thanks to my mom's career in travel during my childhood. Even today, I'm working the night shift at Allegiant Airlines, soaking in the world of travel. From driving vacations with my family, including a memorable 10-day road trip through 10 states when my daughter was a senior in high school, to exploring international destinations like Mexico's Cancun, Riviera Maya, Playa Del Carmen, and Cozumel, my firsthand experiences enrich my understanding of different travel needs. When it comes to planning vacations, I don't just do it for others—I plan my family's getaways too, so I know what it’s like to balance the needs and wants of every traveler. Hunting for the best deals is a personal joy for me, and I find fulfillment in helping others discover those hidden gems. I've become adept at understanding the needs of families, making sure every trip is customized to create lasting memories. One particular adventure I helped clients with involved a call from a couple wanting to explore Turks and Caicos. Though unfamiliar with the destination, I dove in, researched, and secured one of the last all-inclusive rooms. This experience not only broadened my knowledge but fueled my determination to keep learning about diverse destinations. Another time, I had a client seeking information about Nashville during a statewide internet outage. Instead of turning her away, I took her information down and called her back as soon as I could the next day and discussed several options for her. She booked the trip and was very happy with the experience! Despite challenges, my dedication prevails. I strive to overcome obstacles, ensuring that every client's travel experience is seamless and unforgettable. Beyond my professional life, I'm a proud grandma who cherishes spending time with her grandkids.
