An amazing vacation!

Kim helped us plan the perfect family vacation. We had a wonderful time at an excellent hotel in a tropical paradise! She found us great flights and great rates, we didn't have to worry about a thing! It was such a stress free experience!

Amazing Big Sky Trip

Kim did an incredible job planning this trip for us. She goes above and beyond to find the best accommodations and unique places to eat or explore. She suggested an off-the-beaten-path restaurant on the drive out that was fantastic. It would have been overlooked if we were planning this on our own and it was one of the best meals of the trip! The VRBO condo she found for us was gorgeous. She really listened to what we wanted and it covered all the bases! Above all, it was clean and the owners were easy to work with, which is really important to us. The bedrooms were big and everyone had their own bathroom (a HUGE plus). She gave great tips and suggestions that were tailored to us including ski rentals, places to snowshoe and great local restaurants. Kim is incredibly organized and has great follow-up as well. I really feel like everything was taken care of and that I did not have to worry about a thing! We will definitely be utilizing the many talents of Kim in the future!

A wonderful memory maker

Kim did an amazing job coordinating and managing our recent family trip to the Bahamas. Kim was great at listening to what was important to my wife, 2 daughters and I, and thoughtful in the choices she offered to us. After we decided on where we wanted to go, Kim reviewed the optimal way to get there and negotiated the best rates for us. After booking, she provided us with regular updates and made sure we knew about activities available, deadline dates, etc. When a flight change disrupted our plans, Kim contacted the airlines and was on the line with them for well over an hour arranging new flights and hotel accommodations at the expense of the airline. This all occurred 'after hours'. She was a true advocate for us. During our vacation, Kim checked in with us and when we returned home, she followed up with us to make sure we had a great trip. It is evident she has a high bar for service quality. I highly recommend Kim as a travel and vacation advisor!
